Adjuster Network — Acceptable Use Policy
Effective / Last Updated: August 22, 2026
Material replacement requires new acceptance. Typographical, formatting-only, and other nonmaterial changes do not.
Use Adjuster Network lawfully, professionally, honestly, and without harming people, data, systems, or the community.
Prohibited conduct and content
You may not:
- post claim files, policy/claim numbers, insured or customer identifiers, private loss/property records, confidential carrier/client/employer material, or information you lack authority to disclose;
- harass, threaten, stalk, doxx, encourage targeted abuse, or demean people based on protected characteristics;
- impersonate, defraud, deceive, falsify credentials, facilitate insurance fraud or unlicensed practice, or manipulate votes or identities;
- publish unlawful, defamatory, infringing, privacy-invasive, nonconsensual intimate, or exploitative content;
- distribute malware, phishing, hostile code, or material designed to compromise a person or system;
- spam, solicit commercially without authorization, conceal a material commercial interest, or use members-only information for unsolicited outreach;
- scrape, bulk-export, republish, sell, broker, or build a database from member content or profiles;
- evade suspension, create deceptive duplicate accounts, probe security without written authorization, disrupt availability, or bypass technical restrictions;
- present legal, coverage, licensing, tax, financial, or other professional conclusions as authoritative A3 advice; or
- violate law, these Terms, Community Rules, another person’s rights, or binding professional/client/carrier obligations.
JPG/JPEG, PNG, WebP, and PDF may be supported in discussions, but permission for a file type does not make its contents permissible. A photographed or PDF claim document remains prohibited. A3 does not guarantee malware scanning, detection, moderation, or removal of every violation.
Enforcement
A3 may preserve, investigate, restrict, remove, or report content; limit features; and warn, suspend, or terminate accounts based on severity, context, history, safety, law, and available evidence. Immediate action may occur without a prior warning for serious risk. Enforcement discretion is not a promise of continuous monitoring.
Report urgent exposed claim/private data without quoting or redistributing it. Use the Service’s flag/report path or legal@adjusternetwork.org as appropriate.
