Adjuster Network — Moderation and Appeals
Effective / Last Updated: August 22, 2026
Moderation approach
A3 may use guidance, warnings, content restriction/removal, feature limits, suspension, or termination. Serious claim-data exposure, threats, doxxing, hate, fraud, hostile content, or urgent legal/safety risk may justify immediate action. For lower-risk quality issues, explanation and correction are preferred where practical.
Decisions may consider the applicable rule, severity, intent where relevant, repetition, member history, risk of ongoing harm, available evidence, and operational limits. Removal can be protective rather than punitive. A3 does not promise continuous monitoring, detection of every violation, a particular outcome, or 24/7 response.
Reports
Use the in-Service flag/report mechanism when available. For exposed claim/private information, identify the content location without quoting or reproducing it. Legal or urgent escalation questions may be sent to legal@adjusternetwork.org.
Appeals and reconsideration
A member may request reconsideration through the support/contact path stated in the enforcement notice. Identify the action, explain the claimed error, and provide relevant context without redistributing prohibited material.
During the founding stage, the same moderator may perform reconsideration. Independent review and full recusal may be unavailable until a second trained moderator exists. A3 will consider requests in good faith when operationally available but makes no guaranteed response time or reversal promise. Urgent protective restrictions may remain while review is pending.
Records reasonably needed for enforcement, security, appeals, disputes, and legal holds may be retained after content or account removal.
